For urgent bookings it may be necessary for your GP to contact us to determine a timely appointment.

- PRIVATE HEALTH FUND DETAILS
- PENSION CARD OR DVA CARD
It is essential you bring a referral from your family doctor. It is advisable to bring comfortable walking shoes or joggers if you are required to have an Exercise Stress Test. For heart monitors, loose fitting clothing is advisable and if you are booked for a blood pressure monitor you will need to read the information leaflet.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an appointment we will require at least 24 hours notice in order to offer the appointment to someone else.
Emergency
If you experience chest pain, extreme breathlessness or loss of consciousness, please go directly to the closest Emergency Department or call 000.
